THE ONLY RUNNING METHOD AND THE GAP
  So this is the way through it:

BREATHING-POSTURE (TECHNIQUE)-ENDURANCE-RELAXATION AND FINALLY AUTOHIPNOSIS (OR SELF SUGGESTION).

     What’s failing in the XXI’s century? the last step, which has been replaced by a “STRUGGLE AGAINST ONESELF” (this is the GAP).

      We are working on it. Just as simple as inducing the recovery of our memories as a runner, that is, remembering when we were kids o  olimpic athletes because one way or other WE WERE BORN TO RUN.
 
Yesterday I dreamed I had been an olimpic runner, I saw myself racing at a pace I never thought I could ever reach. I was smiling and noticed my feet crossing the finish line and my arms raising in triumph. So, suddenly, I started to accelerate, breathing quietly and barely feeling pressure in my heart (which is the number one sufferer when it comes to increasing my effort)

But the amazing part of it was that I was daydreaming while I was running, (it came true) and suddenly I started to fly and got over my record without even realizing
